		<description>Hi Alex. You have to pick the flowers off your plants ("deadhead" them) to prevent them from going to seed and to keep the leaves tasting yummy. Yours look great! Mine are not quite there yet - and my basil took a huge hit this weekend with my basil mojito variation (delicious!). P</description>
